WPH Session for Toronto July 25th

Downtown Toronto from my office window; the Danforth is left of this and looking east

The tragic Toronto events of last July 22 leaving 2 dead and 13 injured has disturbed inner peace for many.   Events such as these put more of us in touch with our interconnection with each other.  We feel the pain as if it is our own as we can all imagine being out on a Sunday night – dining with friends or family, strolling through a family friendly community,  and enjoying a perfect summer evening.  The shock of such a tragedy can equally make us feel we were there – experiencing the horror, disbelief and our shattered feelings of safety.   We can feel helpless and spiral down.  Sadly, too many cities around the world are experiencing this type of senseless terror on a regular basis.

Join me for this special WPH edition session – a group repatterning to address the disturbed inner peace we experience with these related events.  Let’s resonate with a stop to this type of violence, a quick recovery for the community and all concerned and peaceful resolutions that prevent a re- occurrence.

The session was broadcast July 25th at 6:30pm.  Experience the session for yourself by watching the video and/or reading the session notes.

Releasing Trauma on June 16th

Have you noticed how much trauma there is in the news? There are volcanoes erupting, wars, struggles against oppression, demonstrations, immigrants risking their lives to flee dangers at home, children separated from their parents, kidnapped, people assaulted, raped… Each one of those things (and many more besides!) causes trauma and, if we put them all together, we can safely conclude, I think, that there are a huge number of people living with trauma today.

I read somewhere once that the effects of war linger in a population for three generations after its end. And I find myself wondering, could that explain the current situation in Palestine? The genocide against the Jews in Europe left deep scars and trauma. The victims have now become the perpetrators. It is a common pattern. People like R. Kelly, who were sexually abused as children, sexually abuse others as adults.

Yet equally common is the pattern of remaining a victim, at least in certain situations. Victims of abuse, rape, muggings often experience these things repeatedly. People like Harvey Weinstein and Bill Cosby don’t abuse every woman they meet. Both a victim and a perpetrator are needed for abuse to happen, for the pattern to be repeated over and over again, for it to continue through to the next generation. How else does one explain the continued sexism, racism, and homophobia we see today?

Movements such as #MeToo, #BlackLivesMatter, #MuteRKelly are about breaking this pattern. They are about bringing to our conscious awareness that these patterns exist and something must be done about it. Perpetrators must be stopped, victims must be supported and allowed to heal, and that it is everyone’s responsibility to make sure that happens.

Bringing thoughts, behaviours, patterns and feelings to our awareness is the first step, but in order to see real change, it is imperative that we shift our resonance, both individually and collectively, to a new, higher frequency. We need to let go of the outdated beliefs and patterns holding us trapped in this cycle and begin resonating with new beliefs that empower us to create a new reality for ourselves and others.

Resonance Repatterning (RR) is a tool that allows us to do this almost painlessly. My colleague, Tabitha, and I have decided to team up and facilitate this for everyone. Simply give us permission to proxy you into this group RR session below, fill out the rest of the information (all submissions are anonymous) and rest assured that your energy will be included in this session, whether you find this post (and recording) today, or five years from now. By including yourself, you will not only be shifting your own patterns and beliefs, but those of the whole of humanity. Try it out! What have you got to lose?

Liberation from our addictions June 13th

The events will be on the new moon each month. I look forward to welcoming you. There will be a break over the summer and I’ll resume in September.

Please add your visions, intentions and what you wish to transform to the form below. Please be as specific as possible. This is confidential.

“An addiction is any behaviour that a person finds pleasure or relief in and craves, but suffers negative consequences and can’t give up.” – Gabor Maté

  • It could be to a substance, a person or an activity. It might be alcohol, painkillers, nicotine, caffeine, work, internet, shopping, gambling, comfort eating, computer games, sex or unhealthy relationship dynamics.
  • We are loveable and welcome as we are.
  • All addictions are a way to distract or numb ourselves from the pain of not having our essential needs met.

With Resonance Repatterning we are supported to transform this pain and come into resonance with having these developmental life needs met in healthy ways.

  • We can’t change what happened in the past but we can change how it affects us now and how we respond.
  • We can bring healthy functioning to the brain areas and neurotransmitters involved.
  • We can transform fear and criticism into self love and encouragement.
  • We can transform separation into deep awareness of our interconnection and unique part to play.
  • We can transform needing approval or validation from others into self acceptance.
  • We can transform a focus on lack into gratitude; into knowing we are, do and have enough.

Resonance Repatterning is a simple and effective way to make the changes we want to see in the world, by changing our own unconscious patterns.

When we are critical of something outside us it usually means that pattern within us has been activated. We have the power to change these patterns and this has a ripple effect on the outer world. This is inner and outer activism on the deepest level.

We can choose to create a world together which is so beautiful we no longer want to escape from it.

“The more you grieve, the more it will push you into your love, and your love will push you into your creative passion on behalf of life. So I would say to anybody—if you want to find your passion, then let yourself feel the truth of what’s happening. And your grief will take you there. And it will be short-lived, because life will only give you as much grief as you can handle in that moment. But if you can cry intensely, creativity will be what stops you crying—you’ll start having ideas. Life will break through.” -Clare Dubois (founder of TreeSisters)

Spiral up and move! May 29th 2018

“When enough people move together in a common pulse, an amazing force takes over- a power that can renew, inspire, teach, create and heal.” -Anna Halprin

When I first began training in Resonance Repatterning, back in 2000, one of the things I loved most was that the teacher regularly checked for what would best energise the group and support us to integrate all we were learning. Very often what we needed was to move. Our bodies are designed to move. When we nourish ourselves on all levels, our bodies, hearts and minds align with the fulfilment of our soul’s purpose and a deep joy can emerge. As we gently let go of resistance and open to let spirit flow freely through us, we have direct experience of our interconnection with all of life, with the elements within us and in Nature. We can plant the seeds of our individual and collective intentions, root them deeply in every cell, breathe life into them, water them with our fluidity and radiate our inner sunshine.

Through years of dancing and training to be a Movement Medicine teacher my relationship to my body has changed profoundly. I now see it as miraculous and I’m deeply appreciative of its intelligence, resilience and capacity for regeneration. I am offering these events so those of us who feel inspired to can give our bodies the gift of movement, of heart connection beyond words, of resting in the beat and letting ourselves be danced by life. I will include simple practices to support us to move into freedom. We can celebrate our uniqueness and bring our dreams into being. Together.

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep yourself open and aware to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open.” -Martha Graham

Liberation from our addictions April 16th

International Women’s Day – An intention for women around the world

Intention for a new possibility
“We close the gender gap in pay around the world. Everyone receives equal pay for equal work regardless of gender, age, race or anything else”

When I saw this video from the UN for International Women’s Day it inspired me to write in the facebook group for members of the RPA (Repatterning Practitioners Association) …

World Peace Hologram moment …. I look forward to the time when there’ll be an “us together day” – no need for a Women’s Day, Men’s Day, Black history month, or labels of any kind.  A time when we can all move forward together as human beings. Through Resonance Repatterning anything is possible – right?

Even though I’d seen the video and had recently attended one of these World Peace Hologram sessions, it had not entered my mind to do a repatterning session for women.
But the subconscious is a funny thing .. and overnight my thoughts must have been gathering speed, for when I woke on 8th March, my mind immediately went on fast forward to a meeting that was to start in a few hours. I was to talk to fellow practitioner and friend Sophia Avramides over the internet, she being in Brazil and me in California.  The agenda-less meeting all of a sudden had a very clear agenda to me – we just had to use our time together to do a repatterning for women around the world.

Sophia and I had given many Resonance Repatterning sessions yet we were still waiting for the right moment to take a leap of faith and do one here. We still needed to learn the technology.

Well, with International Women’s Day right here, so many hot issues being discussed in the media and the MeToo movement still gaining momentum, there could be no better moment to get started!

So we did it!
Sophia proxied for women around the world and I facilitated “An Intention for a new Possibility” session.

I managed to work out how to do an audio recording (video will be next time) and then with Carolyn’s help how to upload and get the file processed, and finally obtain a handy link to the recording so that I can now give it to you to listen here.

Hours of editing took out all those long pauses, so we’re now hoping you’ll be alert and hanging on every word 🙂

Sit back and allow yourself to be included in the session as is, follow along by viewing the statements that were uncovered, or add your own intentions and life vision in the spaces on this pdf document.

When you’ve listened, there’s ONE ACTION you have to take …. it’s an energising option called the Lion Pose and its fun to do. The energy from it is incredible. It’s explained at 40 minutes into the audio recording.

Unusually the positive action came up to do EVERY DAY for the rest of this month of March. I can have more fun doing it every day, if you do it too. Imagine all the lions and lionesses out there adding their energy into the field that connects us all! What a sight.

Imagine the collective energy when we all do this! Next year on the 8th of March – who knows how much change we can make between now and then! Let’s do the Lion Pose this month and see 🙂

Here’s a demo of the Lion Pose so you can join us
