Releasing Trauma on June 16th

Have you noticed how much trauma there is in the news? There are volcanoes erupting, wars, struggles against oppression, demonstrations, immigrants risking their lives to flee dangers at home, children separated from their parents, kidnapped, people assaulted, raped… Each one of those things (and many more besides!) causes trauma and, if we put them all together, we can safely conclude, I think, that there are a huge number of people living with trauma today.

I read somewhere once that the effects of war linger in a population for three generations after its end. And I find myself wondering, could that explain the current situation in Palestine? The genocide against the Jews in Europe left deep scars and trauma. The victims have now become the perpetrators. It is a common pattern. People like R. Kelly, who were sexually abused as children, sexually abuse others as adults.

Yet equally common is the pattern of remaining a victim, at least in certain situations. Victims of abuse, rape, muggings often experience these things repeatedly. People like Harvey Weinstein and Bill Cosby don’t abuse every woman they meet. Both a victim and a perpetrator are needed for abuse to happen, for the pattern to be repeated over and over again, for it to continue through to the next generation. How else does one explain the continued sexism, racism, and homophobia we see today?

Movements such as #MeToo, #BlackLivesMatter, #MuteRKelly are about breaking this pattern. They are about bringing to our conscious awareness that these patterns exist and something must be done about it. Perpetrators must be stopped, victims must be supported and allowed to heal, and that it is everyone’s responsibility to make sure that happens.

Bringing thoughts, behaviours, patterns and feelings to our awareness is the first step, but in order to see real change, it is imperative that we shift our resonance, both individually and collectively, to a new, higher frequency. We need to let go of the outdated beliefs and patterns holding us trapped in this cycle and begin resonating with new beliefs that empower us to create a new reality for ourselves and others.

Resonance Repatterning (RR) is a tool that allows us to do this almost painlessly. My colleague, Tabitha, and I have decided to team up and facilitate this for everyone. Simply give us permission to proxy you into this group RR session below, fill out the rest of the information (all submissions are anonymous) and rest assured that your energy will be included in this session, whether you find this post (and recording) today, or five years from now. By including yourself, you will not only be shifting your own patterns and beliefs, but those of the whole of humanity. Try it out! What have you got to lose?

International Women’s Day – An intention for women around the world

Intention for a new possibility
“We close the gender gap in pay around the world. Everyone receives equal pay for equal work regardless of gender, age, race or anything else”

When I saw this video from the UN for International Women’s Day it inspired me to write in the facebook group for members of the RPA (Repatterning Practitioners Association) …

World Peace Hologram moment …. I look forward to the time when there’ll be an “us together day” – no need for a Women’s Day, Men’s Day, Black history month, or labels of any kind.  A time when we can all move forward together as human beings. Through Resonance Repatterning anything is possible – right?

Even though I’d seen the video and had recently attended one of these World Peace Hologram sessions, it had not entered my mind to do a repatterning session for women.
But the subconscious is a funny thing .. and overnight my thoughts must have been gathering speed, for when I woke on 8th March, my mind immediately went on fast forward to a meeting that was to start in a few hours. I was to talk to fellow practitioner and friend Sophia Avramides over the internet, she being in Brazil and me in California.  The agenda-less meeting all of a sudden had a very clear agenda to me – we just had to use our time together to do a repatterning for women around the world.

Sophia and I had given many Resonance Repatterning sessions yet we were still waiting for the right moment to take a leap of faith and do one here. We still needed to learn the technology.

Well, with International Women’s Day right here, so many hot issues being discussed in the media and the MeToo movement still gaining momentum, there could be no better moment to get started!

So we did it!
Sophia proxied for women around the world and I facilitated “An Intention for a new Possibility” session.

I managed to work out how to do an audio recording (video will be next time) and then with Carolyn’s help how to upload and get the file processed, and finally obtain a handy link to the recording so that I can now give it to you to listen here.

Hours of editing took out all those long pauses, so we’re now hoping you’ll be alert and hanging on every word 🙂

Sit back and allow yourself to be included in the session as is, follow along by viewing the statements that were uncovered, or add your own intentions and life vision in the spaces on this pdf document.

When you’ve listened, there’s ONE ACTION you have to take …. it’s an energising option called the Lion Pose and its fun to do. The energy from it is incredible. It’s explained at 40 minutes into the audio recording.

Unusually the positive action came up to do EVERY DAY for the rest of this month of March. I can have more fun doing it every day, if you do it too. Imagine all the lions and lionesses out there adding their energy into the field that connects us all! What a sight.

Imagine the collective energy when we all do this! Next year on the 8th of March – who knows how much change we can make between now and then! Let’s do the Lion Pose this month and see 🙂

Here’s a demo of the Lion Pose so you can join us
