Sunday 9.13.15 – Growing through Grief – Second stage – Anger

In our “don’t worry be happy” world, we sometimes skip over the necessary and difficult work of truly being able to hold our and each other’s emotional responses to what is happening in the world today. The “don’t worry be happy” philosophy is partially right in that we have so much creative potential – we do live in a gifted and joyous time in many ways! But it is also a time filled with challenges that also need to be rightly recognized and held with wisdom, acceptance, compassion and understanding.

Delving into the stages of grief is a powerful tool for developing this wisdom, acceptance, compassion and understanding and I invite you to explore this with me through this World Peace Hologram project. The idea is that even if a small part of the collective starts to bring consciousness to this that we can shift the greater whole in a positive way.

In this second of a 5 part series we will explore how anger over loss and grief shows up in the world and in our own personal lives. It is easy to see how our wars, gang violence and even suicide or other violence to self can stem from this kind of anger over loss. But perhaps what is not so clear is that our frustration over the clutter of our lives, or our anger towards our boss in our dead-end job, or our lack of patience with a spouse or friend, can also be viewed as a symptom of grief over the loss of our ideals about how life “should be”. Lot’s to explore there.

*We pulse together for trust, understanding, bonding with love and attaining a higher state of vitality and joy / ON

We used Lion’s Pose to shift into orientation

Problem statements about how denial affects world peace: (Final resonance is cleared)

People think… it can never happen here and disconnect from what is happening ‘over there’

There is a lot of collective avoidance of the need to examine and take responsibility for the stories shaping our lives, societies, and world.

The growing income gap between the ‘haves and the have nots’ and the trend to blame the poor for their poverty.

Chemtrails & Harpes are manipulating and putting toxins in our health & the free flow of life and nature.

We haven’t named the pain and so it cannot be healed. The denial of grief in nations and cultures erupts into hatred, rage and violence

Many religious people look for answers to their troubles in a future world or time, rather than doing what they can today to make the world a better place.

There is a lack of understanding how the breadth of our actions affects other cultures, other people, and the earth

We consume the news and the way we “educate” ourselves about the world actually distracts us from being able to process and act on the information we receive. This makes us think that we are informed, but doesn’t actually inform what we do

All of the distractions we provide ourselves affects world peace by allowing us to live in a state of denial. TV, smart phones, social media – these things are a way to either help us forget or distract us from remembering to be fully awake to our reality.

People are in denial about how their consumption affects the planet in ecological and social ways. We do not recognize the full effects of our daily consumption patterns

Our economic system and the corporations and political structures that support it are in denial of the unsustainability of how they operate, the negative affects they are having on the planet and people and the spiritual slavery they have created which distracts us from our full potential as humans

*I fear that it is too late and the problem is too large to solve / off

Problem statements about denial affects personal peace  (Final resonance is cleared)

I sometimes see people and situations as i want them to be or at their highest potential instead of how they really are which may be hurtful or not safe

Throughout both sides of my family I see people who were sexually, spiritually, emotionally, physically abused and are still caught in violent, victim-offender cycles of behavior and thinking.

I make and hold onto negative judgments about people who actively act against the poor, call them lazy and want to reduce funding to help the most vulnerable in our society.

I feel irritated, helpless and lost.
I do not love and trust.

I deny my grief and pain and feel judgmental and resentful

I get frustrated (and sometimes angry) with religious dogma and the people who live their lives in denial.

I do not know how to deal with violence

My own denial of the gravity of the world situation allows me to make decisions that are unhealthy or unsustainable for myself and the planet

I am in denial of the positive potential and support that we have to make positive change

I feel alone in my desire for us to wake up and start building a better future. I feel I must deny publicly parts of who I am because they are too “out there” to be socially acceptable. I am afraid I will disturb people or not be accepted so I deny who I am

Deep down I feel lost and confused in a chaotic world and I try to deny these feelings by keeping myself busy and putting up false structures in terms of my activities and personality. It is easier to deny who I am than to face the vulnerability of authenticity

I am in denial of my own competitiveness and how my overly developed sense of individuality leads to hierarchy and a sense of privilege

The underlying need

*I am receptive to the higher purpose and meaning of every circumstance life brings /ON

Statements about what we want instead of denial  (Final resonance is ON)

We hear the true political back story behind issues of peace.

Acknowledgment and release of suffering. We feel all of pain of the denial that has been separating us from our truth, and then learn through that pain what we have been suppressing and what is ours to do to move forward in personal and societal healing. We create safe spaces, ways to share and teach energy work and tools such as drumming, dance, ritual, ceremony, and ways to gather in real heart-centered supportive community.

We work cooperatively as a society to identify the needs of the poor in our area and join efforts to meet the needs of basic personal shelter, health, educational, and spiritual needs.

We create a World free from Chemtrails & Harpes. Clear blue sky, fresh air and full spectrum of sunshine. Healthy and good tasting wild herbs. Lightfull people in love and trust.

I am fully present to every person and situation with love, respect and compassion.

People see the world today as it really is, there is good as well. To focus on the good and contribute to the good by helping others and digging deep within to be better people themselves.

We understand how one action in one country affects an action in another country and how we use the earth affects the whole earth and every person on it. There is a global network of health and peace for all.

We turn off the electronics and spend more time in nature, slowing down so we can actually reflect on and process what happens in our own lives and the lives of people around the world and our earth

We develop healthy rites of passage which recognize social and psychological development and supports individuals to step into their authenticity in a community supported way. We welcome each other’s gifts and differences. We create a culture of fully initiated adults comfortable with their strengths and weaknesses and compassionate for their and other’s shadow, who are able to see through the veil of illusion to Truth and discernment.

We resonate with the positive potential and the creativity and energy to make goodness a reality while still being able to hold the reality of the gravity of our current situation with compassion and clarity

We set aside differences to form communities based on acceptance rather than cliquish commonality

I accept limitations and see them a motivation for positive collaboration with community – others who have strengths I am lacking

We support local businesses and create a culture of healthy decision making around our consumption patterns that others naturally entrain to. This changes our political and economic system from the ground up in a positive and life and spirit affirming way

We write a new story for humanity, one in which light and dark are in peace and harmony, not in adversarial conflict; one in which we recognize the beauty and gift of life and are in reverence of ourselves and all beings around us; one in which we honor the elements we are made up of and let go of identifying with physical things or worshiping our tools.

The positive feeling we would have if we have what we want as listed above

*I feel comfortable, heroic, rejuvenated, and devoted / ON

Positive actions to realize what we want  (Final resonance is ON)

I consciously take in and question world news at least 1x per week.

I make steps that I am intuitively guided towards daily. For example I drum and chant healing rhythms before my yoga practice

I make regular contributions to the local food bank and support politicians who show signs of compassion to people struggling to make ends meet.

I breath in the moment, breathing deeply in with YES and out with THANK YOU.

I use the tools of Resonance Repatterning to heal old wounds of pain and grief

I Meditate every day for ten minutes.

I spend quiet time in nature once a week

Before I turn on the TV, my computer, or check my smart phone, I take a deep breath and ask myself what is my intention for this activity

I shop and bank locally

I find one community-oriented activity to do a week

I support campaigns to get money out of politics

I learn more about healing rites of passage

When I find myself confronted with an opposing opinion or someone with a lack of awareness I remember to breathe deeply and feel the sensations in my body, recognize and hold with compassion my visceral reactions.

Inner strengths and positive qualities needed to handle the problem and work towards what we want   (Final resonance is ON)

*I have faith. I have positive and affirming boundaries and expectations. I am truthful. I am willing to be the challenge that is needed, but also have discernment about when and what that is. I am heart-connected to others.

We identified a brain structure that needed to shift in resonance: The Pons

*The statement associated: I am connected to my automatic responses as well as to my ability to act with consciousness

We created a statement of forgiveness:

*I let go of my pain associated with ourselves, ancestors and divine creator for being part of creating the challenges to world peace today through actions supporting the denial of responsibility, right action and love and I open my heart to love and trust.   (Final resonance is ON)

Our spiral up tool was the consonant sound “L” and the mu point for the conception vessel (CV 24) located at the indent of the chin

Monday, 8.24.15. Reclaiming The Essential Father Energy…

The lack of father energy and a stable family environment contributes to a lack of peace in the world. When the natural father energy is missing from the family unit the child may not receive clear structure. The mother typically provides love, softness, generosity and predictability. Yet the child needs clear direction; knowing what they can and cannot do; what the consequences of behavior are and what is truly of value. Divorce rates are high; fathers are often absent and women are trying to do it all. As a result children are not always receiving consistent father energy. The rise in gangs, terrorist groups, violence and a sense of the ‘inmates running the asylum’ as portrayed in the”Lost Boys” is the natural consequences of this missing ingredient. If there is no clear father setting the standards for high values and ideals then the “boys” will make their own rules. I believe this is a core issue contributing to the turmoil, violence and indifference to life that we are experiencing all over the world. I would like to begin exploring this huge topic with you and the many ways this missing energy plays out in our lives.

Notes from Healing Our Environment, August 1, 2015 by Jennifer Johnson

A small group of practitioners met with me at my house to join me for the WPH Repatterning on Healing the Environment.  I began with the proxy entries which had been posted online and added input from those of us gathered.  People who had signed up online had selected one category from a list of environmental problems that they wanted to focus on and set an intention for one action they could take to make a difference.  We focused on one area of interest at a time and named some specific problems related to that category, added the intentions and integrated sections from the Problems into Opportunities for each categories used.

Statements of RESONANCE with Problem statements, negative feelings and fears were originally On then shifted OFF after the Modalites.  Statements of RESONANCE with Intentions for New Possibilities were originally OFF and shifted to ON after the Modalities.

Problems: ON then OFF after modality

1. Species are not seen as a sacred part of the whole and we don’t see that we are one and interrelated at the deepest level.

2. Our actions are inhospitable to nature and in the process we humans are destroying the habitats that sustain life.

3.  There is a sense of humans dominating over nature.  We don’t nurture and care for the Earth as she cares for us.

4.  Our consumptive lifestyle uses up resources in an unbalanced way with little regard for future generations of all species, including humans.

Feelings:  ON then OFF after modality

1. I feel overwhelmed, very sad, angry, hopeless and disempowered.

1.  I focus on national forests and envision many forests large, lush and thriving.  I envision large companies who rely on trees to make their paper products turning toward renewable resources such as industrial hemp. My concentrated, clear thought projection carries a powerful wave length that goes out and attracts others, bringing this vision to fruition and augmenting already existing activism efforts to help propel them forward.  Focused thought projection is powerful!

2. I advocate for organics and putting a stop to our dependency on chemicals and the companies that make them.

Problems: ON then OFF after modality

1. Denial by many people and those in power of the reality of human contribution to climate change.

2. Systemic momentum of large corporate oil, gas, and coal industries that extract resources and pollute the environment releasing huge amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere.

3.  Human dependency on fossil fuels and human consumption patterns that support this systemic problem.

3.  Our denial blocks our creativity, drive and ability to create solutions for a sustainable future.

4.  As our environment becomes more toxic we get caught up in addressing the symptoms rather than addressing the core problems of climate change.

FEARS:  ON then OFF after modality.

I am afraid that….

1.  We are running out of time.

2. We are on the precipice of entering an age where our way of life will be VERY SEVERELY challenged.

3. We are devolving into deeper conflict, us vs them, as we scramble over reduced and less available resources.

4. We create even more harmful methods of extraction of resources, i.e. fracking.

5. We continue to refuse to focus our energies for development of new and clean alternative sources of energy.

1.  I ride my bicycle more often instead of driving.

2.  I speak up by responding to online surveys and provide support to politicians  who see the threat to all of life as a result of climate change.  I join with other to demand the creation of alternative, renewable, and clean sources of energy.

3.  I find one piece of media a week for the next month that educates me about the positive actions that people are taking to curb climate change.  This gives me inspiration for large things I can do and support.

4.  I do the political actions recommended by the Environmental Defense League (EDF) and National Resource Defense Council (NRDC), contact elected officials when bills addressing climate change come up for vote.  I also continue to send emails to family and friends to increase awareness.  My actions sustain and empower me.

5. I recycle.

6.  I am more Eco friendly.

7.  I avoid eating meat.

8.  I pray and meditate daily for harmonic vibrations to saturate our beloved and beautiful planet earth.  I maintain neutrality and ground in love and compassion when I face unintentional or intentional abuse of our planet so that my prayers for healing may reach the God space in them and create change. I am mindful of my own thoughts and feelings and how I express them.

9.  I discontinue use of Roundup and educate and inform family and friends to the global consequences of using it.

DROUGHT: These PROBLEMS were originally ON but OFF after the modality.

1.  Unsustainable agricultural practices contribute to water scarcity and  pollution.

2.  Increased climate temperatures and desertification of vast areas of  land.

3. Overuse of water resources with poor urban planning.

4. Lack of collection and use of rain water for personal and collective use.

5. The drying up of underground streams due to deforestation resulting in erosion.

6. Increased world wide conflict and wars over water rights.

1. Our agricultural system adopts permaculture practices of collecting and using water more sustainably.

2.  I educate myself about permaculture practices and other water collection and saving methods.

3. I purchase my produce from local farmers who use sustainable water practices.

4. I explore the use of and installation of low water use appliances and shower heads in my home.

5. I plant native and drought resistant plants.

6. I support the continued  efforts of supplying water systems to provide clean potable water to drought stricken villages.

7. I use water conservatively and when drinking water I am mindfully thankful for it.

8. I treasure the water we have and use it wisely.

9.  I support efforts of bring clean water to needy areas in our world.

PROBLEMS:  Originally ON and OFF after the modality.

1.  Plastic bags gathered at the bottom of the ocean forming fields of garbage and bunched together as floating islands on our seas.

2. Toxic levels of drugs, illicit and prescribed, and chemicals that end up in our water systems.

INENTIONS: Originally OFF but ON after modality.

1. I reduce my use of plastic bags and packaging.

2. I voice my complaints for excessive plastic packaging to manufacturers.

3.  I dispose of pharmaceuticals and toxic substances, i.e. batteries, to designated collection sites.

4. I educate myself and take steps to reduce my use of petroleum products for my personal use.

5. I nurture my connection to Mother Earth in a mindful and heart-led way by spending time in he natural world.

LACK OF FORGIVENESS: OFF then ON after the modality

I forgive myself, my ancestors and the power structures for contributing to the environmental problems and challenges we face today and I open my heart to love.

Color Your World Glasses (Lime and purple) to bring coherent light into an optimal frequency range and toning the interval of a 5th for balance and to cancel out disturbing frequencies in our mind-body fields.

POSITIVE ACTIONS:  to be done following the session to anchor the shifts of resonance received in the session.

1. I look for and and nurture what is good.

2. I do a daily action of something that is hopeful and positive.  This sustains and empowers me.

3. I connect with others on a regular basis who look for the good and share a commitment to create a better world.

We did a Lion Pose modality to be ON for the Positive Action Intentions

Thank you for your participation in this session which has addressed some of the ways in which we have behaved violently toward our precious planet.  Please watch for upcoming WPH in which I will offer repatternings dealing with other ways in which violence permeates our culture.

With gratitude,

Jennifer Johnson
